A future rainy-day plan. A whole lot of play.
Wet weekends can make everyone a little restless. KidzNova is planning a place for Huntersville and Lake Norman families to enjoy indoor play together. Here is how to start thinking about your family’s future visit.

Build the day around your family
Little explorers
For babies and toddlers, plan around naps and start with a short visit. Our plans include a dedicated baby-and-toddler area. Give little ones time to watch, settle in and explore at their own pace.
Siblings with different energy levels
Our planned attractions include climbing, slides and creative play. Explore the activity descriptions together, then let each child choose something they are excited to try. Decide how adults will supervise if siblings want different activities.

A simple wet-weather packing checklist
- Dry clothes: bring a spare outfit and a bag for wet rain gear.
- Comfortable play clothes: choose clothes children can move in easily, and check our grip-sock requirements before your visit.
- Time for the transition: leave room for changing out of coats, checking in and a bathroom stop before play.
- A food plan: review our café, outside-food and allergy information before packing snacks. Nova Café is part of our opening plans.
Plan the practical details before leaving
Once we open, check current hours, availability and visit rules before heading out. For now, our visit planner helps you explore proposed options and estimated costs. It does not reserve a visit.
During family play, a supervising adult stays with the children. Plan breaks around their energy rather than trying to fit every activity into one day.
A celebration that does not depend on sunshine
Thinking about an indoor birthday celebration? Start with your guest count, the children’s ages and the food you would like to include. Our birthday planning checklist walks through those decisions, and our party inquiry form lets you ask for booking updates without reserving a date.
