For family play, a parent or guardian must stay and actively supervise their children. Family-play admission does not include individual staff supervision. The Desk Zone and café do not replace that responsibility. Freedom Drop-Off is proposed for ages 5–12, pending written guidance from North Carolina DCDEE. Parent requirements and program details are not yet confirmed. Inquiries express interest only; enrollment, reservations and package sales are not open.

Please postpone your visit if your child has a fever or symptoms of a contagious illness. Speak with our team about non-contagious conditions or accommodation needs.

Weekdays offer unlimited play. Weekends and holidays use rolling 3-hour entry to prevent overcrowding. Your end time is printed on your wristband.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all children and adults entering play areas. They are available for $4.50 per pair at the desk, are high-quality, reusable, and can be brought back next time.

Yes. There are 90+ dedicated parking spots right at the facility for stress-free arrival and departure.

Online waivers will be available closer to opening. We will publish the required consent, signing and renewal instructions before visits begin.

No. To maintain sanitation and security standards, all tickets are valid for a single continuous stay. There is no re-entry once you leave.

Family play welcomes children ages 0–13. Suggested ages vary by attraction; final age, height and supervision rules will be confirmed before opening. Planned Freedom Drop-Off remains for ages 5–12. Little Nebula is planned for ages 6 months–3 years. Parents remain responsible for supervision during family play.

The first two adults per family are free; additional adults are $7 each. Only one supervising adult per family may enter the play areas at a time and must wear socks. Contact our team about disability-related support needs.

Planned Mon–Thu / Fri–Sun prices: Nova Bash $425 / $495 with 10 children included; Supernova $795 / $895 with 25 children included; Galactic Buyout $1,450 / $1,950 with 40 children included, subject to selected off-peak availability. Extra children are priced in the estimator. Each party visit is 90 minutes total, including play and party-room time. An inquiry is not a reservation.

Children under six months are free. Infants ages 6–11 months are free with a paid sibling; otherwise infant admission is $11 on weekdays and $16 on weekends.

The entire 15,000 sq ft facility privately, with 40 children included and paid additions for up to 70 children total using the estimator, all party rooms, a dedicated host team, LED mat party time, full setup and cleanup, and White Glove Concierge free of charge.
