No. KidzNova is a strictly nut-free facility. To protect guests with severe allergies, no outside food or beverages are permitted. Our Nova Cafe serves fresh, healthy meals, snacks, coffee, smoothies, and juice, all prepared in our nut-free kitchen.

For general admission, yes. At least one adult must remain on-site. That is why we built the Desk Zone with Wi-Fi and USB-C charging, along with Nova Cafe. For Freedom Drop-Off, ages 5-12 at $22/hr, parents can leave for up to 4 hours with secure digital passcode pickup.

For the health of our community, children with visible signs of illness such as fever or a heavy cough will be kindly asked to visit another day when they are feeling better. No exceptions.

Weekdays offer unlimited play. Weekends and holidays use rolling 3-hour entry to prevent overcrowding. Your end time is printed on your wristband.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all children and adults entering play areas. They are available for $4.50 per pair at the desk, are high-quality, reusable, and can be brought back next time.

Yes. There are 93+ dedicated parking spots right at the facility for stress-free arrival and departure.

Sign it through our website before you arrive to skip the line at check-in. All guests must have a signed waiver on file, and one waiver covers all future visits.

No. To maintain sanitation and security standards, all tickets are valid for a single continuous stay. There is no re-entry once you leave.

Play zones are designed for children ages 0-13. Little Nebula is exclusively for crawlers and early walkers ages 6 months to 3 years. The Desk Zone is available for older kids studying and for working parents.

The first 2 adults per family are free. Additional adults are $7 each. Adults entering play areas must wear socks.

Outside cakes are allowed for birthday parties only, but they must be 100% nut-free. No ice cream cakes. You can also order a custom nut-free themed cake from Nova Cafe.

Infants ages 0-11 months are free with a paid sibling admission. Without a sibling, infant admission is $11 on weekdays and $16 on weekends.

Ages 5-12. $22/hr per child and $16/hr for siblings. Register online, receive a unique digital passcode, drop off with ID verification, and pick up within 4 hours using the passcode plus photo ID.

The entire 15,000 sq ft facility privately for up to 40 children, all party rooms, a dedicated host team, LED mat party time, full setup and cleanup, and White Glove Concierge free of charge.
