The 25% tier applies to all eligible admission sales once your event reaches 50 eligible paid child tickets. Free admissions do not count. Tax, refunded tickets, café purchases, socks, gift cards, memberships, and party packages are excluded.

Fundraisers are planned for after opening. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date. Eligibility, revenue-share terms and payout arrangements must be confirmed in a written agreement with your organization before an event is scheduled.

A few helpful answers.
Do we need a minimum turnout?
No. Standard events earn 20% of eligible child admission sales from the first paid ticket. At 50 paid child tickets, the contribution rises to 25% of all eligible child admission sales for that event.
How does the first-partner offer work?
The first 10 organizations approved by KidzNova receive 25% of eligible child admission sales for their first event, regardless of ticket count. Approval and availability are confirmed by the team. Future events use the standard 20% / 25% tiers.
Do families pay extra to support us?
No fundraiser surcharge is added. The contribution comes from eligible admission sales. Admission prices and applicable offers are confirmed with your event details.
When and how do we receive the funds?
Your event report and payout are provided within 10 business days after the event. We’ll arrange the payout method with your organization during planning.
What purchases are excluded?
Tax, refunded tickets, café purchases, socks, gift cards, memberships, party packages, and free admissions do not qualify. Only eligible paid child admission attributed to your event code counts.
Can we choose a weekend or run another fundraiser?
Request your preferred date and we’ll confirm availability. Repeat events are welcome to inquire; each event is confirmed separately.

We prioritize quieter weekday periods for fundraisers. Weekend requests are reviewed against available capacity. Contributions remain 20% of eligible paid child admission, rising to 25% for the whole event at 50 eligible paid tickets.
Only one admission promotion may apply per transaction. Contributions are calculated on actual eligible admission receipts after applicable discounts and refunds, excluding tax. Café, socks, memberships, gift cards and party sales remain excluded.
