We plan to verify identification at arrival and match each child to a secure wristband before play begins.

Pick Up
Pickup timing and parent-accessibility requirements will be confirmed before enrollment opens. Our planned release process includes a matching passcode and photo ID.

We plan to use a secure digital passcode alongside identification checks for authorized pickup.
Planned Team Camera Monitoring
We plan team monitoring of cameras during operating hours, with no parent livestream. Families may report an incident and request a review; footage availability and access depend on retention, privacy and applicable requirements.
Planned Caregiver Standards
Our planned staffing standards include background checks and CPR and First Aid certification.
Photo ID Verification
We plan to verify authorized adults against the approved pickup list and photo identification.
Color-Coded Wristbands
Planned wristbands will help connect children to the correct authorized adult.
Proposed Stay Limit
Proposed stays are under four hours, with planned pickup reminders. Final operating requirements will be confirmed before enrollment opens.
