This policy explains how KidzNova LLC uses information collected through kidznovaplay.com. The facility is not open yet. These practices cover our current website, mailing list, inquiries, applications and opening giveaway. Future booking, payment, waiver and in-facility services will have appropriate notices before they collect information.

Who to contact

What we collect and why

• Signup sources: campaign labels from links (such as Instagram or a QR flyer), the landing page, and a general referral channel are remembered for this browser session. After a successful signup, these labels and your email address are recorded with Netlify to understand which campaigns bring signups. This does not track your browsing on other websites.
• Fun List: your first name, last name, email address and subscription choice, to send opening news and offers. Our email service may record delivery, opens and link clicks to help manage messages.
• Inquiries: your name, email, organization if relevant, preferred date and time, group size, package preferences and messages, so we can respond and plan a future visit or event. An inquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
• Careers: contact information, role interests, availability, experience and any résumé or certificates you choose to upload, for recruitment. Do not upload medical records, government IDs, financial details or background-check reports.
• Giveaway: name, email, eligibility confirmations and entry records, to deduplicate entries, select winners, verify eligibility and award prizes. Existing eligible Fun List members are included under the published rules. Entering without subscribing does not add you to marketing emails.
• Visit planner: child age selections, adult and child counts, sibling choice, visit option and sock quantities are saved in your browser on this device. The planner does not ask for children’s names. A share link includes the selected plan, so anyone with that link can see those selections.
• Technical information: hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser/device information, requested pages and timestamps to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.

Children’s information

Our signup and inquiry forms are for parents, guardians and other adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this site. We do not ask children to create accounts or supply names, photos, birth dates or contact information. Parents can use age ranges in the visit planner without identifying a child. Please avoid identifiable or sensitive details about a child in free-text messages.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We will investigate and remove information collected without an appropriate basis or consent, subject to any necessary legal retention. Parents may ask to review or delete information about their child. Any future service collecting children’s information will require a separate review and appropriate parental notice and consent.

Who receives information

We use Netlify for website hosting and form submissions, Mailchimp for Fun List subscriptions and email delivery, and our business email service to receive and respond to submissions. Authorized KidzNova personnel use information for the purposes above. These services may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Their privacy notices also explain their practices: Netlify and Intuit / Mailchimp.

We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for their independent marketing. We may disclose information when necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect people or our services, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections. We do not publish applicant details, inquiry messages or giveaway entrants’ contact information.

Email choices and giveaway entries

Marketing consent is a separate choice. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us to stop updates. We may still send messages needed to answer your inquiry, administer your application or fulfill a prize. Unsubscribing does not remove an eligible giveaway entry or reduce its chance of winning. Cookies and device storage

The website uses browser storage to remember your visit plan, whether the welcome popup has been shown in this session, and whether a signup was accepted. These preferences are not an account and do not sync between devices. You can reset the planner or clear saved preferences below. Clearing them does not delete information you submitted to us or unsubscribe your email.

The current website does not include advertising pixels or an ad-retargeting system. Hosting, external fonts and linked services can receive technical information as part of delivering their services. External sites have their own policies. You can also manage cookies and local storage in your browser.

Keeping information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, recruitment, administering prizes, handling disputes and meeting legal requirements. Mailing-list records remain while you subscribe; limited suppression records may remain so we honor an unsubscribe. Giveaway records are kept through prize administration and any necessary dispute period. Application and inquiry records are reviewed when their purpose ends. Service-provider logs and backups follow their retention processes. You can request deletion at any time; we will explain any information that must be retained and why.

Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, withdraw marketing consent, or ask about our use of it. We may need to verify your request using information already on record before releasing or changing data. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we will respond within applicable deadlines. You can ask us to reconsider a decision by replying to our response. We do not require you to subscribe to receive a response to an inquiry or enter the giveaway.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS for data in transit. Submissions and documents are handled through our service providers. Please use the application upload fields for relevant recruitment documents rather than posting public links. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect your information has been exposed.

Changes to this policy

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice when required for significant changes. We will explain new booking, payment or tracking features before relying on them to collect information for new purposes.
